The role

Role Overview: As a Principal Account Manager, you will be instrumental in nurturing and expanding client relationships while overseeing project delivery for a diverse portfolio. Your primary focus will be on existing client engagement and growth, advising on customer experience strategies across B2C and B2B sectors. Leading a small team, you’ll spearhead end-to-end project execution, addressing client pain points and recommending tailored solutions, whether through technological advancements or targeted marketing initiatives. Your expertise will guide clients through the adoption of innovative solutions, utilizing consulting methodologies to generate insights and strategic recommendations.

The candidate

Candidate Profile: We are seeking an experienced Account Manager, preferably with a background in management consultancy or digital transformation. Key qualifications include:

• Proven track record in cultivating long-term client relationships through effective stakeholder management and communication.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing client projects throughout digital transformation journeys.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management principles.
• Prior experience in customer experience (CX) projects is advantageous.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences through design is desirable.

The compensation package is competitive, ranging from £100,000 to £120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and expertise.
