T
hey have a huge emphasis on sustainability, people development and performance. You’d be supporting 150 employees as well as helping to train up an apprentice in your team.
What will you be doing?
It’s a fairly standard Support role. You’ll be delivering IT inductions to new employees, working with third parties and helping to proactively manage onsite systems.
Documentation is currently being worked on so there’s a fair amount to get stuck into here. Then there’s your general day to day tasks of dealing with tickets as they come through (they use Teamworks and Freshdesk, though they’d be looking for you to unify this more).
There is occasional travel to their Tunbridge Wells hub so you’ll have to be comfortable with this.
Lastly, you’ll be hands on with training up the apprentice so previous experience doing so here would be a huge bonus.
What experience do you need?
You’ll have at least 5 years’ experience in the Support field. They’re heavily based in Microsoft 365 and Azure, so it’s essential that you’ve worked with at least 365 technologies. If you’ve done so with Azure too, you’re in a great spot.
You’ll also have worked with third parties before. They currently use them for VoIP, Mobiles as well as having a third party helping them on IT Support. Ideally you’ll also have worked with their ticketing systems before though this isn’t a necessity. Naturally, you will have to be comfortable liaising with stakeholders due to the nature of the position.
They’re all on Windows so no Apple experience is required.
What’s in it for me?
They’re offering up to £38K as well as a huge range of benefits, including 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays and your birthday off), free parking, life assurance, a health cash plan and gym membership discount, as well as much more.
It’s just a two stage interview process; an initial remote interview for you to find out a little more about each other, followed by an onsite face to face interview in their Pall Mall offices.
We welcome those with alternative identities, backgrounds, and experiences. Our team includes parents, the self-taught, the university-educated, and people of a wide variety of nationalities, ages, and socio-economic backgrounds.
Obviously, we’re looking to ensure it’s a solid fit from both sides: we want you to step into a role you love, and we want to offer you a place you’re proud to come to every day for work.
We know that diverse teams are strong teams, and welcome those with alternative identities, backgrounds, and experiences to apply to be part of life at Zebra People. We are committed to a fair and accessible recruitment process for all candidates. We would be happy to meet any accommodation requests during the application or interview process, please just let us know.
Let's work together to find the right people, fast.
We'll partner with you to find a company you can grow with.
