We are working with a global digital creative agency who are looking for a Senior UX designer to join the European team.
The client
Our client is well renowned and strives to use digital technology to make the analog world better.
With offices all over the globe, you’ll get the chance to work with some of their biggest clients and most recognised names/brands.
This role is part of the European expansion, so will be located out of Amsterdam. The role is English speaking but if you speak Dutch that would be a plus.
The role
You’ll be part of their experience design team where you will work across various clients with the rest of the team.
Some key responsibilities:
- Responsible for leading experience design on projects across clients
- Contribute to the creation of experience design strategies and systems
- Create a range of experience design deliverables, depending on the needs of the project, e.g. task flows, wireframes, competitor benchmarking, customer journey maps etc
- Identify user needs and motivations, interpret client challenges and define experiences
- Work with and present to clients, including travelling to client’s offices when required
The candidate
You’ll need to be an experience UX Designer who has a mobile specialism. You’ll work as part of a small cross functional team where you will work with a CX lead and visual designer to deliver clients needs.
Some key skills:
- Mobile focus or specialism
- Accomplished in designing engaging experiences with measurable results
- Good client relationship skills
- Experience of working with standard UX tools and processes.
- Collaborative and can work well with people across different departments
WFH Policy: 3 days per week in office (Monday & Friday work remotely)
