We’re working with a media and technology focussed research agency who are looking to add a User Researcher to their team.
The agency has been rated best agency twice in the last seven years and with an impressive roster of clients, including Amazon, Google, and Spotify, this agency is truly industry-recognized.
They have hired a Head of User Research who has 20 years of experience to come in and set up a dedicated user research team. You’ll be a great addition to this team!
Majority of this role will be working on a dedicated B2B user research project around the app and games platforms and services, and the other smaller projects within the business. As part of a small and growing UXR team, you will have the opportunity to learn and help shape the future direction of the business. You will get involved in new business activity,
The role will consist of:
• You setting up research, discussion guides, recruitment, analysis
• Being involved with rapid research that lasts 3-4 weeks and involves interviews with developers and then reporting back
• You will have the opportunity to work on other ad hoc projects on other accounts too
• This a very qual-focused role
You will have solid experience in delivering B2B UXR projects end-to-end, good organisational skills, and a high level of confidence across project management, client management qualitative interviewing, analysis, and reporting.
