My client are an investment platform who are looking for a talented and versatile Digital Design Manager to join the team. They are in need of a creative individual with a keen eye for design who can rebrand across various platforms, including the website and social media. This role is pivotal in enhancing the digital presence and ensuring the brand stands out in the marketplace.

Role Expectations:
They need a Digital Design Manager who can:

Take charge of all aspects of digital design.

The client

Based in Tel Aviv near Gordon Beach (though offering 100% remote work) and picking up momentum, media attention and public awareness, our client is looking to tackle the problem of workplace misconduct. They’ve created an app that allows employees to report through to the end user (nominally a member of HR), who is able to view complaints through a SaaS platform. This allows them to use data analytics to pinpoint where the problem is and how they can address it.

The role

Having recently secured another round of funding they’re looking for four developers to join them. The role is a true full stack role, with work on both the backend with Node.JS and the frontend with React and TypeScript. They work on AWS but it’s not essential you’ve worked on this before, as it is a true engineering role.

The candidate

As well as the above, they’re keen to meet people who:
  • Are problem solvers with hunger – energy, ambition and attitude are a big part of their ethos. They like to ‘show and tell,’ so you’ll always be teaching and learning new things.
  • Have a strong enthusiasm for their mission statement.
  • Strong communication skills – they’re very collaborative and like to bounce ideas off of each other.
  • Work in an Agile environment as they’re big, big fans.
  • Have a strong knowledge of JavaScript and its associated ecosystems, on both the front and backend.
This is a great opportunity to join a company that has a clear plan of growth, who also offer a very competitive salary (they’re thinking up to 26,000 NIS per month), though happy to consider people who’re exceptional above that) as well as stock options and a very attractive bonus scheme. The team all work remote and on a flexible basis, though a few of them do get together twice a week in the office. There’s no pressure to do this though. Lastly, you’ve membership of a mental health app and 20 days holiday.
