Role Expectations:
They need a Digital Design Manager who can:
Take charge of all aspects of digital design.

This department is looking for three contract Senior User Researchers to work on discovery research.
This government department is looking for a Senior User Researcher to work an internal product. This product will help staff be more efficient within this department. Currently, they’re moving into the Alpha stage where different concepts and hypotheses will be tested.
They’re also looking for two User Researchers to work on external products. One of these is in private beta working to provide a user friendly, digital solution to enable better outcomes for all parties that use this service.
You’ll be working to support the national rollout for this, liaising with users and collate feedback, relaying this to the team and informing the product backlog priority. Alongside this, you’ll support the analysis and design view of new features.
Lastly, this department is looking for someone to join another external product team as a User Researcher. This team will help create and fulfil a plan to research the experience of users completing tasks and journeys that span across multiple digital services throughout the end-to-end product cycle. This role will give a vital confidence indicator about the likely digital experience being offered to users in mid 2021, allowing further digital changes to meet user needs and ensure the goals of the product are met.
