They’ve created an app that allows employees to report through to the end user (nominally a member of HR), who is able to view complaints through a SaaS platform. This allows them to use data analytics to pinpoint where the problem is and how they can address it.
Having recently secured another round of funding they’re looking for four developers to join them. The role is a true full stack role, with work on both the backend with Node.JS and the frontend with React and TypeScript. They work on AWS but it’s not essential you’ve worked on this before, as it is a true engineering role.

The team all work remote (and you’re given a budget of £800 to kit out your office space) and on a flexible basis, though a few of them do get together twice a week in the office. There’s no pressure to do this though. Lastly, you’ve membership of a mental health app and 24 days holiday.
