This is a great opportunity to help set up a Service Design practice at a leading consultancy that works with the likes of BBC, Cabinet Office, Starling bank, and Public Health England.
The Client is a leading digital software consultancy. They been delivering software solutions for a wide range of clients across various industries. With a focus on quality, innovation, and excellent customer service, they have established a reputation as a leading provider of custom software development services in the UK.
They have a team of experienced designers, developers, project managers, and business analysts who work closely with clients to deliver tailored software solutions that meet their specific needs. From initial consultation and requirements gathering to development, testing, and ongoing support, our client provides end-to-end software development services that ensure clients’ success.
This role will suit someone who is unafraid of working with ambiguity & thrives on painting a picture of the future that helps others see what is possible. Someone who is experienced in bringing clarity, vision, and excitement to cross-functional teams and stakeholders by using design facilitation skills to negotiate a safe environment for great collaborative design to happen.
This is a fast-expanding team within a more established agency, where you’d have the rare opportunity to follow your work across both design diamonds.
Salary = Base Up to £82,800 + fantastic bonus scheme
WFH policy = Remote-first with client visits

Interview process (Via video or face2face)
1) 30 mins with TA
2) 1 hr – With the Head of Experience Design
