Mid Level Service Designer required for fantastic opportunity with very well respected Service Design Agency.
A well-established design consultancy with a strong reputation for service design and human-centred transformation.
They work across a mix of industries—public sector, financial services, healthcare and more.
The team is growing fast, with a real focus on internal development, strong culture, and collaboration.
Hybrid—1 to 2 days a week in their London office (more if you’d like)
You’ll work on a range of projects—from shaping new operating models for banks to redesigning public services.
The work is often complex and not well defined at the start, so they’re looking for someone who enjoys making sense of ambiguity.
Expect to be involved in journey mapping, service blueprinting, user research, and making practical UX recommendations.
You’ll be supported by senior designers and have access to tools like TheyDo (journey management platform).
2+ years in a hands-on service design role
Confident working through ambiguity, but collaborative and open to feedback
Strong portfolio showing service design process—especially service blueprints, journey maps, and research insights
Any experience with journey management tools is a bonus, but not essential
