My client has recently launched new finance product lines to their existing customer base and to achieve their business objectives they need to improve the Customer exp ensuring that the growing product suite is world class and customers get the right services at the right time.
This role is 50% hands on ux and design as you will be part of a squad but alongside that my client is seeking someone who wants to help shape the product design offering. A newly created role working alongside the CD who is responsible for the brand look and feel you will be reporting into the CIO so having that board access means you can really make a difference.
Being instrumental in building a great ux and design culture – chapter lead
Looking at how quantative and qualitative research is used to inform design decisions across product suite
50% of time hands on design
Empowering the product design team to do their best work, assisting with their professional development, clarity on career progression and working together to set goals.
Being a hands-on designer who equally enjoys being a leader
Be passionate about helping customers get a better handle on customer financial products. Finance exp not essential but deep exp of creating customer centric products models is.
Experience of positively influencing a great product design culture
Experience of working in cross functional teams
Understand the value and when to use what research methodologies both qual and quant.
