I’m currently seeking a Senior UX Designer for an initial 12 month FTC maternity cover.
My client is a leading financial institution committed to providing innovative banking solutions to its customers. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction and continuous improvement, they strive to deliver exceptional service and empower individuals to achieve their financial goals by making banking accessible and straightforward for everyone.
As Senior UX Designer you will play a pivotal role in driving the development and delivery of innovative digital products and services. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create intuitive and user-centered experiences that meet the needs of their customers.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the design and execution of user experience strategies and initiatives.
• Conduct user research and gather insights to inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and user interface designs.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
• Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in user experience design.
• Champion a customer-centric approach and advocate for the user throughout the design process.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and refine product requirements.
• Previous experience as a UX Designer, UI Designer, or similar role.
• Proficiency in user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Strong skills in wireframing, prototyping, and visual design tools.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• A portfolio showcasing your previous design work and demonstrating your design process.
