The role

You’d be the team’s first dedicated User Researcher here – currently the Head of Product Design, and the product designers do research but they need someone to come in who can really carry out research in a more meaningful and useful way.

You’ll be responsible for running strategic research projects, working hands-on across all of the products and teams – you can really come in and make an impact here!

The candidate

What are they looking for?

You have demonstrable experience in both qual and quant research methods
You’re comfortable with both strategic and tactical research
You’re a strong communicator and you’re confident liaising with stakeholders of all levels
You’re passionate about inclusivity and accessibility
You’re excited by the prospect of driving excellence throughout this brand’s practise through incorporating new tools and techniques
You’ve got previous experience in a similar role where you’ve come in and really driven a research function

And what can you expect from them?

A base salary of up to £70,000
The option to work abroad for up to 120 days a year

25 days holiday, rising up to 30 the longer you stay
