This client is trying to improve a space that is in need of a dramatic overhaul; they have an audience of millions and are already seen by many as the number 1 in their market. The put the control back in the hands of the consumer, allowing them access to data, tools and insights to save thousands of pounds every year
You’ll be the first Content Design hire for this brand, meaning that there is massive scope and opportunity for where you can take things, and where you can grow… they’re massive on career progression here!
You’ll also be embedded within a large team of UX/Product Designers and User Researchers, aswell as working with a brill Head of UX.
You’ll be redesigning the existing user journeys, looking at what they currently are, identifying the painpoints and improving them to make a consistent, seamless and stress-free experience for users.
Ideally you’ll have solid commercial experience within Content Design in an Agile setting under your belt. Any experience with User Research or analytics will definitely be a bonus!
