This well-known E-commerce agency are looking for a Senior UX Designer to join their team!
The client
This agency have gained a ton of respect throughout the industry since they were formed almost two decades ago. And they’ve got an impressive roster of clients that include Adidas, Vans, Burberry, North Face and Timberland.
Their mission is to help brands really understand the needs and expectations of their customers, and helping to provide digital experiences that meet them.
The role
As one of their Senior UX designers, you’ll be playing an integral part in interpreting insights around customers’ attitudes, emotions and behaviours and using these to inform design.
You’ll be working collaboratively to create industry-leading products and truly deliver value.
Your role will include (but not be limited to)
- Conducting interviews, competitive research, design explorations and strategic analysis
- Creating useful, and interactive experiences that will provide value to both clients and customers
- Identifying key ideas to drive projects, as well as how to implement them in multiple channels
- Presenting back to the development team and clients
The candidate
Who are they looking for?
- It’s key for this role that you have strong e-commerce experience
- You’ve previously worked in an agency environment as a UX Designer
- You’re a pure UX Designer (not a Product Designer or User Researcher)
- You’re comfortable designing across multiple channels
- You’re able to create simple, elegant solutions to solve complex interaction problems
- You’re someone who can contribute to the culture of the Experience design team
WFH policy: Currently 6 days/month in their central London office
Interview process:
- Approx 45 min chat with Senior Talent Manager & Ops Director – discuss their experience and the role
- Approx 1 hour chat with Experience Designer Director & Senior/Lead UX Designer – most likely a portfolio run through – unlikely to be task based – tbc. Can also be in person if they would like.
