Senior / Lead UI focussed Product Designer required for exciting position within an innovation hub / start up of a well known and trusted organisation.
My client is a forward-thinking venture within the automotive industry, focused on pioneering new driver propositions and cutting-edge technology for vehicles. Operating in a startup-like environment within a large well known organisation you will be the glue to the future of this company by pushing the grounds of innovation.
Working in a startup-style setting means involvement in innovation projects from the ground up, fostering a culture of creativity and forward-thinking.
As a UI-focused Senior Product Designer, you will play a crucial role in the Design Team, reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer. You will lead squads, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the growth and success of their ventures.
You will be responsible for helping to enhance their existing flagship app whilst also launching and creating new propositions from MVP native mobile apps for both iOS and Android whilst working across projects from B2B, B2C to connected devices.
You will work in a very collaborative environment working closely with User Researchers, Service Designers, Developers, and Product Managers to make an impact.
You will be an experienced UI Designer or Visually focused Product Designer who has a wide range of commercial experience.
– Previous experience working on products from discovery to launch
– Experience within data visualisation
– Design system experience
– Great communicator and team player.

Location; 2 – 3 days a week in the London office.
Salary; £90,000 + 20% bonus
