Software Consultancy

Or email Mitch Hooper
Have you worked in software consultancy before? Want to play a key role in building and creating amazing mobile applications for start-ups, scale-ups, and established businesses alike where you’ll get to experience a variety of work environments?
A bit about them?
A digital software consultancy, based around Stockholm that specialises in app development for startups and established businesses, fostering employee ownership and collaborative growth.
Creating a positive and inclusive company culture centered on innovation, teamwork, and fun, where employees prioritise each other’s well-being and mutual support, stands as a core value within their organisation.
What’s in it for you?
You’ll be a part of a fun cross-platform-only team crafting digital solutions, with a focus on mobile app development and offering full-service provision from idea inception to UX design, development, testing, analysis, support, and management.
Your experience will be further enhanced by flexible working hours and location (tailored to individual customer preferences naturally), ensuring a dynamic and accommodating work environment. Whether working in-house or on-site with clients, you’ll handle projects of all sizes, alone or in teams. Expect a diverse range of experiences!
You’ll get a salary of between 55,000-65,000 SEK per month and co-ownership of the company with a generous percentage of shares. You’ll actively be encouraged and supported in skills development – they are looking to invest in you and your self-development enabling you to grow whilst the company does too. On top of this, you’ll get private health care insurance, health and wellness allowance, pension, and the ability to choose your own working equipment.
What you’d be doing?
You’d likely be working with 1-3 other developers from the company whilst being integrated into a cross-functional team on the client side for a set number of months to deliver a specific project.
You’ll interact with a variety of stakeholders from customers and clients to scrum masters, designers, and product managers, and could be collaborating with smaller-sized start-ups or more leading names in the tech industry. You’ll be tasked with fully understanding customer needs and translating them into functional requirements, all while prioritising usability and scalability.
About you?
It’s JavaScript-based, with React, React Native, and Typescript as their go-to frameworks. As a Senior Developer, you would have at least 6 years of professional experience working with these, with a passion for mobile, and be fluent in Swedish.
Ideally, you’ll have worked in a software consultancy before so you can hit the ground running (though not essential). If you’re experienced in Full Stack JavaScript development but not so much with Mobile, we’d still love to hear from you.
