We are currently seeking a Head of Agile Delivery for a truly respected education brand who is at the beginning of a vast and exciting digital transformation.
My client a rapidly growing educational organization embarking on an exciting new phase of growth and expansion to rapidly increase student base, courses to expanding globally.
A trusted education partner my client has a vast influence on some of the worlds biggest firms providing a wide range of education courses throughout.
To be the best they need to have the best online learning experience out there, hence a rapidly evolving Product & Technology team to drive the digital transformation across there suite of products.

As the company is growing rapidly, attracting more students, and expanding into different markets it needs to drive the transformation of its platforms, digital products, and experience forward in order to help them scale and meet the growth of the business for the future.
Hence they are seeking a Head of Delivery who can help build and grow the Agile Delivery team and can ensure the digital experiences consistently excel across all platforms and levels.
You will be responsible for managing and growing an initial team of 3 Delivery Managers and will report to the Director of Product Management.
Key part of your role will be building and coaching a team of Delivery Teams whilst collaring with other functions from Engineering to Product Design to digitally transform the organisation to be user centred.
You will be a true Delivery Management championing best practise and delivery methods to use making sure they always meet user and business needs.
As Delivery Manager it’s important you have experience managing and growing a Delivery Management Team.
Can demonstrate you’re not just a coach but can also do the delivery and work in a very agile, product-centered way.
Talk through examples where you’ve managed agile change at an organisational or department level and ideally been through a digital transformation before.
WFH Policy – 2 – 3 days a week in London Office (maybe some flex)
Interview Process:
1. Chat with Director of Product Management
2. Director of engineering or design – 1hr
3. With the other of the above and CPTO
Paying around the £100,000 mark.
