Are you a strategic UX leader passionate about creating outstanding user experiences in complex product environments? We’re looking for an experienced UX Design Manager to lead and grow a talented UX team, driving design excellence across multiple business-critical digital products.
You’ll be joining an innovative, forward-thinking company operating in a complex, technical, and highly regulated industry. They deliver cutting-edge digital products that serve a B2B audience, with a strong focus on compliance and advanced technology solutions. As UX Design Manager, you will lead and grow a talented UX team across three key product areas: a corporate website, a digital compliance resource hub, and an interactive technology showcase platform. Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will be responsible for shaping UX strategy and representing user experience at the highest levels.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading, mentoring, and line managing a team of 7+ UX designers
Defining and driving UX strategy across multiple products
Acting as the UX advocate in senior stakeholder meetings, including marketing, product, and executive teams
Owning the public-facing digital experience—the company’s main “shop window”
Balancing delivery deadlines with design quality by prioritising user research and discovery
Translating complex technical offerings into clear, compelling digital experiences that effectively support marketing and sales
We’re looking for a strategic, approachable leader with:
5–8 years of UX experience, including 2–3 years in a leadership or line management role
Experience working in B2B product environments, design agencies, finance, eCommerce, or advertising
Comfort navigating complex, regulated, or technical products
A talent for simplifying complicated technical information for diverse user groups
Hands-on design skills, particularly within marketing-related projects
Proficiency in Figma
A data-driven approach, confident using research and analytics to inform design decisions
Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to influence senior stakeholders
A collaborative mindset and ability to manage effectively across different levels
Need to be happy coming to the London office 2 / 3 days a week.
