I’m currently seeking a Senior UX Designer for an initial 12 month FTC maternity cover.
My client is a leading financial institution committed to providing innovative banking solutions to its customers. As Senior UX Designer you will play a pivotal role in driving the development and delivery of innovative digital products and services. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create intuitive and user-centered experiences that meet the needs of their customers.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the design and execution of user experience strategies and initiatives.
• Conduct user research and gather insights to inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and user interface designs.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
• Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in user experience design.
• Champion a customer-centric approach and advocate for the user throughout the design process.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and refine product requirements.
• Previous experience as a UX Designer, UI Designer, or similar role.
• Proficiency in user-centered design principles and methodologies.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• A portfolio showcasing your previous design work and demonstrating your design process.
