They partner with well-known brands to drive direct revenue through intelligent eCommerce, booking experiences, and performance-led digital products. Their work sits at the intersection of design, conversion, and customer experience, building platforms used by millions of guests globally. Design is central to how they operate, and they’re scaling the team as product velocity increases, looking for confident, collaborative designers who are opinionated in the right way.
The role
We’re hiring a Senior Product Designer to join a dedicated eCommerce squad working on a core booking engine. This is a hands-on, end-to-end role with loads of scope, conversion optimisation, complex checkout flows, and a major UX/UI overhaul already on the roadmap.
What you’ll be doing
- owning design across a full B2C booking funnel
- improving conversion through checkout and journey optimisation
- designing new features and workflows, including bundled packages
- contributing to a significant UX/UI refresh of a mature product
- working closely with product and engineering to ship regularly
- designing within an established design system
The candidate
What we’re looking for
- strong B2C eCommerce product design experience
- proven work on checkout / payment flows and conversion improvements
- confident end-to-end designer (discovery through to final UI)
- evidence-led, pragmatic, comfortable moving fast
- strong communicator who can lead design within a squad
Nice to have
- booking, travel, hospitality or retail experience
- rapid prototyping and experimentation mindset
