Senior Creative/Associate Creative Director

We are looking for a highly skilled Freelance Senior Creative or Associate Creative Director (ACD) with a strong background in gaming to collaborate with a UK-based creative agency. This freelance role is ideal for a self-driven creative who is passionate about gaming culture and can deliver cutting-edge campaigns for gaming brands on a project-by-project basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Creative Strategy & Execution: Lead the creative ideation and execution process for gaming-focused campaigns. Work closely with the agency team to develop concepts that resonate with gaming audiences and meet client objectives.
• Gaming Expertise: Leverage your in-depth knowledge of the gaming industry to craft authentic and impactful campaigns across digital, social, video, and experiential platforms.
• Campaign Development: Create multi-channel campaigns that engage gamers, from trailers and influencer collaborations to social media activations and live streaming events.
• Client Collaboration: Present and pitch creative concepts to clients, explaining the rationale behind your ideas and ensuring they align with the gaming brand’s voice and vision.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a senior creative or ACD freelance role, ideally working with gaming brands or in a gaming-focused agency.
• A portfolio that demonstrates strong creative thinking and execution in gaming-related campaigns.
• Strong communication skills for client presentations and team collaboration.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects in a fast-paced, freelance environment.
