We’re working with a fast-growing digital platform looking for an experienced Product Manager to take ownership of their customer acquisition journey.

This role will focus on understanding how users discover, evaluate and engage with digital products, owning the journey from initial interest through to signup and activation. You’ll identify opportunities to improve conversion, remove friction and create more seamless customer experiences.

Working closely with Product, Engineering, Design, Data and Marketing teams, you’ll use customer insight, analytics and experimentation to drive measurable growth.

You’ll be responsible for:

Owning and optimising digital acquisition journeys across web and app
Improving signup, onboarding and activation flows
Using data, customer insights and experimentation to identify opportunities
Running A/B tests and measuring impact on key conversion metrics
Collaborating closely with marketing teams to improve the end-to-end customer journey
Prioritising initiatives that drive customer and commercial outcomes

We’re looking for someone with experience in:

Product management within a consumer digital environment
Acquisition, growth, conversion optimisation or onboarding journeys
Experimentation, analytics and data-led decision making
Working closely with marketing, design and engineering teams
Taking ownership of customer and commercial metrics

Experience within fintech, subscriptions, marketplaces or other high-consideration digital products would be highly relevant.

The Role

This is a 3-month contract for a Senior Digital Marketing Lead to drive performance and provide direction across digital marketing channels. You’ll take ownership of paid media strategy and execution across platforms such as Google Ads and Meta, while also overseeing CRM, email strategy and customer segmentation.

Alongside hands-on delivery, you’ll lead and coach a team, bringing structure and clarity to how campaigns are planned and executed. The role is focused on improving performance, aligning activity to revenue goals, and ensuring a strong, consistent brand presence across channels.

You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders, using data and insights to guide decisions and identify opportunities to optimise and scale activity.

The role

Working under the User Research Manager, this role is the perfect opportunity for someone looking to step up and take on more responsibility. You’ll be able to work independently across your dedicated product area, but also receive support when needed.

Your role will include, but not be limited to:

  • Carrying out both generative and evaluative user research
  • Working closely with Product Managers to discover and identify areas of opportunity
  • Identifying behaviours and needs that inform the development of key user journeys
  • Working with stakeholders, holding workshops and collaborative meetings
  • Working collaboratively with both the Product and UX team to plan work and resolve issues
  • Educating colleagues on best practices

The candidate

  • Ideally you’ll have experience working within the digital product space, particularly for a start-up or scale-up
  • You’re comfortable working collaboratively within an Agile setting
  • You’re confident with qualitative methodologies, but any quant experience is also a big bonus!
  • You have excellent communication skills, both verbally and written and you’re easily able to articulate yourself
  • You have solid experience working across the end-to-end product lifecycle, both generatively and evaluatively
  • You’re excited at the prospect of really progressing your career as a researcher!
