They’re a rapidly growing Health-Tech startup that’s making waves in the UK’s social care sector. Their mission is to digitise an industry that’s still largely paper-based, providing innovative mobile and web-based tools that streamline care delivery and improve outcomes.
Over the past few years, they’ve quadrupled their customer base and are now looking to accelerate their growth further.
As a Tech Lead, you will take full technical ownership of the company’s flagship products. Collaborating closely with your squad (Product Manager and 3-4 Devs) to drive the development of innovative solutions, including a new mobile app for service users and advanced data analytics dashboards. You’ll have lots of ownership and technical direction in this role, they’d love to take any ideas you have on board!
Your role will involve both hands-on coding (around 65% of your time) and the other 35% will be spent mentoring and leading a team of junior to mid-level developers. No stress if you don’t have a huge amount of managerial/lead experience, they’re happy to train you on this.

About you?
