We are looking for an experienced Lead Product Designer to join a fast-growing B2C FinTech and take ownership of their product design practice. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll manage and mentor a small team, define design standards, and help shape innovative digital experiences for our customers.
This is a chance to join an established fintech with a focus on improving financial wellbeing for thousands of customers. You’ll be part of a team that values design as a strategic function, and you’ll have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI projects while mentoring a talented design team.
Location: London (hybrid, 3 days per week in-office)
Salary: £90,000 is the sweet spot. £95,000 might be doable, depending on the candidate.

Lead and mentor a team of 3-4 senior product designers
Own the end-to-end design of customer experiences across web and mobile, balancing UX, UI, and interaction design.
Establish and maintain a cohesive design system, guiding component decisions and ensuring consistency across products.
Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to drive design strategy and deliver high-impact solutions.
Take a leading role on innovative AI-driven projects, including an AI-powered investment journey, shaping how customers receive personalised financial guidance.
Set the tone for a unified UX culture across the company, advocating for design thinking and demonstrating the value of design in strategic decision-making.
Experienced in B2C finance or consumer-facing investment platforms.
A hands-on product designer comfortable delivering both UX and UI, from research and prototyping to polished design and interactions.
A proven team leader, with experience managing other designers, capable of mentoring, performance management, and fostering a high-performing design culture.
Comfortable leveraging AI tools in the design process to accelerate research, prototyping, and ideation.
Proficiency in creating high-fidelity prototypes using tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar.
You have a strong portfolio which demonstrates your UX and UI deliverables – showcasing both UX depth, User Research and polished UI craft.
