– Partner with product, engineering and commercial teams to shape and deliver new features and improvements.
– Contribute to prioritisation and roadmap discussions, ensuring design is represented early.
– Work closely with marketing and brand to ensure alignment between product experience and broader positioning.
– Support delivery at pace while maintaining a strong focus on quality.
4. Build and evolve the design function
– Lead and develop a small team of designers.
– Bring structure to design processes, including discovery, prioritisation and delivery.
– Evolve design systems and standards to support consistency and scale.
– Mentor and support designers as the team grows and matures.
5. Use data and emerging tools to improve delivery
– Use data and experimentation to guide decision making and measure success.
– Leverage modern tools, including AI, to accelerate research, prototyping and design workflows.
– Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and quality through better tooling and processes.
– Strong end-to-end product design experience within a B2C environment.
– A track record of delivering measurable impact across key product metrics such as conversion, engagement or retention.
– Experience working closely with product and engineering in fast-paced teams.
– Confidence operating at a senior level while remaining hands-on.
– Strong stakeholder management across cross-functional teams.
– Ability to translate customer insight into practical product decisions.
– Experience working within premium or design-led consumer brands.
– Exposure to marketplace, e-commerce or subscription-based products.
