Great opportunity to eventually grow into a Head of role at this company.
This client is a Payments Ecosystem that enables businesses to send & spend money around the globe – making it easier to deal with and pay local vendors. They work with a lot of companies in high-risk regions where they couldn’t use your typical everyday banking system.
Currently 130 people and looking to grow that to 250 by May next year, this challenger bank have already processed over £1billion in client payments. Their international accounts help businesses feel at home in every market, regardless of their passport.
By combining the latest technology with the friendly touch of the traditional banking experience they aim to give international businesses the very best opportunities and results.
Their UK office is in Central London and would need you to be there 3 times a week.
Looking for a Lead UX with an understanding of UI. The plan would be for you to eventually grow into a Head of role (a blank canvas role you could really own). The current team is more weighted towards UI at the moment, so they need someone who can help balance the team and drive UX processes forward within the company, creating well-formulated and commercially impactful user experiences.
You would be working across all their digital touchpoints i.e portal, onboarding and new ideas, owning and implementing process optimisation.
The role has a lot of freedom and autonomy, however there’s still lots of support from the team and stakeholders.
This role will suit someone who can thoroughly explain their processes and decisions whilst pushing back on stakeholders when necessary. There’s also the development and mentoring of the current team to manage too.
