I am currently looking for a Head of Software Engineering to work for a well-known name in the NFP sector who is really on a mission to make a difference in people’s day-to-day lives. Ideally, the Head of Software Engineering will be someone who loves wrangling complex software problems in the pursuit of a social mission.
Also, have experience leading and developing engineering disciplines, not just to oversee and modernise the technology stack but to shift culture toward agile ways of working
The current tech they like to use: Ruby, Rails, Rspec, React, Cucumber, Webpack, Sass, Docker, Jenkins, Kubernetes, and AWS
(Note: you don’t need to know all of these to be Head of Software Engineering). To collaborate, they use GitHub, Jira, Invision, Slack and G-Suite.
The interview process will be quick with two stages and a speedy turnaround! Also, they are offering a starting base salary of £85,000 along with multiple benefits and they are happy for the role to stay fully remote.
