What will I be doing?
You will lead a team of engineers to design, develop, and deploy innovative solutions across web, mobile, and tablet platforms. You will collaborate closely with Product Owners, Platform Leads, Enterprise Architects, and Engineers to coordinate and steer the technology teams. Your role will involve shaping the future system architecture, driving high performance and initiative within the lab, and providing critical technical feedback to support key financial investments. You will also work with business stakeholders to identify new growth opportunities and navigate the evolving credit landscape.

What experience do I need?
You will have over 10 years of experience, ideally from companies known for their innovative and agile approaches to financial technology. Proficiency in modern tech stacks, continuous deployment, and cloud-based environments (AWS or GCP) is essential. Experience with Docker and Kubernetes, as well as a strong software development background in languages such as Java, Python, or Golang, is preferred. You should be comfortable engaging in technical discussions and leading teams through significant technological transformations. Strong communication skills, an innovative mindset, and a passion for delivering high-quality software are crucial.
