An opportunity to join a hugely, strategic design agency who work on both digital and physical touch points for their clients' users.
This agency have offices globally with over 100 staff in total and targets to grow significantly within the next few years.
They are an agency with a huge focus on strategy and able to cover everything from digital and physical product design through to creative technology (AR/VR/AI etc) and consultancy.
So it’s a great opportunity to get involved with some real variety and genuinely interesting projects that aren’t just going from one website redesign to another, all the time. As an agency they work across all touch points – a very holistic offering that includes some very unique and complex projects.
The London office is near to Shoreditch and at some point they’ll go back there but no rush for now until everything is 100% safe to do so. And even then there will be flexibility – like 2/3 days a week from home still.

The London team is quite small, none the less you will be shoulder-to-shoulder with other designers and there’s lots of collaboration with the other teams – there is a high number of other designers across the agency. When projects get the green-light, they cherry pick the most appropriate people for the jobs, across the whole agency.
They also have in-house developers who again you’d work closely with.
You’ll need to be someone who is comfortable when speaking to new and established clients on a professional level: from being part of discussing new projects to facilitating workshops, communicating insights on user journeys, ‘getting your hands dirty’ building functional prototypes, visualising service experiences, and beyond.
In short, you’ll be using your creativity and expertise to solve complex problems and to create meaningful concepts for a fast-paced, changing world.
You’ll work with some of the best people in the business, and you’ll always have solid back-up from the agency, who are also big on looking out for each other.
They are looking for a really solid, end-to-end, Senior UX Designer. Someone who can conduct and utilise user research themselves whilst also being able to prototype, wireframe, strategise etc.
You’ll also need to be adept at working on very complex projects – especially when it comes to some of the fin-techs they work with. They don’t have siloed teams of researchers, services designers and UXers. So you’ll need to be confident and skilled with the deliverables that fall within the CX/UX umbrella – but not visual. Fine if you come from a visual background, but they are NOT looking for a UI Designer.
Also, prior agency or start-up experience is essential – they need to know you can work dynamically and within an agile environment, across multiple projects.
