Product Manager – Acquisition & Growth- 12 Month FTC

We’re working with a fast-growing digital platform looking for an experienced Product Manager to take ownership of their customer acquisition journey.

This role will focus on understanding how users discover, evaluate and engage with digital products, owning the journey from initial interest through to signup and activation. You’ll identify opportunities to improve conversion, remove friction and create more seamless customer experiences.

Working closely with Product, Engineering, Design, Data and Marketing teams, you’ll use customer insight, analytics and experimentation to drive measurable growth.

You’ll be responsible for:

Owning and optimising digital acquisition journeys across web and app
Improving signup, onboarding and activation flows
Using data, customer insights and experimentation to identify opportunities
Running A/B tests and measuring impact on key conversion metrics
Collaborating closely with marketing teams to improve the end-to-end customer journey
Prioritising initiatives that drive customer and commercial outcomes

We’re looking for someone with experience in:

Product management within a consumer digital environment
Acquisition, growth, conversion optimisation or onboarding journeys
Experimentation, analytics and data-led decision making
Working closely with marketing, design and engineering teams
Taking ownership of customer and commercial metrics

Experience within fintech, subscriptions, marketplaces or other high-consideration digital products would be highly relevant.

We’re hiring a Senior Digital Marketing Lead on a contract basis to support a global media and digital publishing brand. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on performance marketing, combining strategic oversight with delivery — driving improvements across paid media, CRM and channel performance through data-led decision making.

We’re partnered with a leading global media and digital publishing organisation with a large and highly engaged digital audience. Their platforms span content, subscription and commerce experiences, with a strong focus on driving growth through digital channels. They are continuing to invest in performance marketing, with an emphasis on efficiency, scalability and long-term audience growth.

The Role

This is a 3-month contract for a Senior Digital Marketing Lead to drive performance and provide direction across digital marketing channels. You’ll take ownership of paid media strategy and execution across platforms such as Google Ads and Meta, while also overseeing CRM, email strategy and customer segmentation.

Alongside hands-on delivery, you’ll lead and coach a team, bringing structure and clarity to how campaigns are planned and executed. The role is focused on improving performance, aligning activity to revenue goals, and ensuring a strong, consistent brand presence across channels.

You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders, using data and insights to guide decisions and identify opportunities to optimise and scale activity.

The role is focused on improving performance through structured testing, audience targeting and ongoing optimisation. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders, using data and insights to guide decisions and continuously improve campaign effectiveness.

This brand are a world-leading travel company and they’re looking for a Senior UX Designer to join them!

The client

Helping over 6 million holidaymakers in the UK, there’s huge scope for how many people your UX work will reach.

Not only this, but as a brand they’re big on sustainability and they know they need to play their part when it comes to protecting the planet, from providing more efficient plane options to removing nearly 260 million pieces of single piece plastic from their planes, hotels and cruise ships.

The role

You’ll be working as part of a design team of around 30 people, including UX and UI Designers. Specifically, you’ll working in the Browse pod; this covers everything from searching for holidays, to looking at information pages.

You’ll be working closely with the SEO team to ensure the pages are getting more traffic, whilst also ensuring things are as user-centric as they can be. You’ll also be working with teams in different markets to ensure consistent across the brand and all the various journeys involved.

A key part of your role will also be creating a space for UX to be even better within the company, you’ll be strengthening it as a practise so there’s a real opportunity here to come in and really make your mark.

The candidate

What are they looking for in a Senior UX’er?

  • You’ve previously worked in big collaborative Agile teams. Bonus points if you’re experienced within the e-commerce sector
  • You’re keen to get stuck in to user research
  • Ideally you’ve mentored more junior members of your team before
  • You’re strong on stakeholder management, confidently able to handle their expectations whilst also gaining their buy-in when it comes to the value of UX
  • You’re a confident communicator, easily able to articulate your ideas and evangelise UX within an organisation
  • Knowledge of how to design for accessibility – this is something the brand are keen to improve on
