Principle Product Designer needed to join growing Design team under impressive leadership. Chance to influence the form of an already successful product with an impressive client-roster.

The role
- Work alongside Director of Product Design as part of leadership, in close collaboration with the team to expand the suite of SaaS products.
- Collaborate with broad range of stakeholders
- Own strategic design decisions, ensuring that the customer is at the heart of each one.
- Define & communicate design UX vision & strategy.
- Devise, instigate and lead research initiatives and UX market analysis that uncover/validate strategic design opportunities.

- Experience in Lead/Principal roles
- Experience designing SaaS & B2B products
- Passion for solving complex problems
- Experience contributing to/maintaining Design Systems
