Lead Design Researcher required for an exciting innovation hub focused on tackling some of the most complex transportation and mobility problems out there.

Opportunity to work on array of Research & Development to innovation style projects from software, hardware to digital related projects within the digital & physical space
The role
As Lead Design Researcher you will report into the highly experienced Director of Design Research and be responsible for leading the team through design research process to help uncover insights that input into all the key phases of the design & development process. Ultimately you will be the champion of Design Research.
Working in 4 key areas from
- leading an experienced team of Design Researchers through managing research budgets to leading a team.
- planning and inspiring through design research
- experimenting and thinking creatively to solve complex design challenges across both physical and digital landscape.
- Facilitate and run co creation workshops to synthesizing research findings.
The candidate
As Lead Design Researcher it is important you’ve got vast commercial experience in the Design Research space be it running end-to-end research programs to leading people and projects throughout.
