The client

Their ultimate goal is to foster joyful, thriving, and imaginative children who achieve remarkable academic success. Backed by substantial funding, they actively partner with local authorities, schools, children's centers, health visitors, and libraries, extending their impact to over 3 million families each year.

The role

As part of their transition to a product- and proposition-led approach, they are seeking a Digital Optimisation Analyst whose work will encompass all aspects of their online presence. To plan, track, optimise, and evaluate the performance of their online content and services – and the end-to-end journeys within them -  covering areas such as service delivery, information provision, communications, and fundraising. This role presents a unique opportunity to contribute to a remarkable children’s charity and actively support their transition towards new and enhanced digital processes.
