Content Designer

In this role, you’ll be working on a very large-scale web project. You’ll be auditing, and cutting content down, re-writing where necessary and ensuring everything is as accessible and easy to read as possible.

The ideal candidate:

• You’ve got previous experience auditing a large-scale website, or group of websites and significantly reducing the volume
• Making complex language simple is your thing
• You’re confident working collaboratively with other Content Designers, contributing and engaging with others constantly – they’re keen that this person isn’t a lone wolf
• You can easily articulate yourself and are confident getting buy-in from tricky stakeholders, particularly subject-matter experts who aren’t familiar with UCD
• You’ve previously used data and research to support your Content work
• And experience in Drupal 7 or 10, or Sharepoint would be beneficial (but not essential)
• You’re a champion of Accessibility

And most importantly, you’re excited to take on a big challenge!

Salary: £39,000 to £55,000

Duration: 12 months (Please note you must be available to start from mid/end of June)

WFH policy: Mostly remote but may be some in person workshops/meetings (either London or nearby)

Interview process: 1 stage, involving a 5 minute presentation around a relevant project
