User Researcher

We are working with User Research Agency that specialises in science, As a market leaders in UX research, they are seeking a skilled UX Researcher to join their dynamic growing team.

The client

We are working with a state-of-the-art user experience research agency based in London.

A lot of their work is based on cutting-edge digital technology spanning from mobile applications to medical devices, automotive systems to online platforms, and back-office systems to comprehensive customer experiences. They have worked with some most renowned brands like BMW, Google, Honda, Amazon and many more!!

As market leaders in UX research, they are looking for a skilled User Researcher to join their growing collaborative team.

The role

As their User Researcher, you’d be an useful part of a design team whose mission is genuinely to put health first.

Your role will involve:

• Working closely with teams across functions to grasp project goals and objectives, and then converting them into well-designed research plans.
• Developing research protocols and discussion guides, screening participants, and overseeing the logistics of research sessions.
• Assisting the Lead researcher in organising and conducting usability testing sessions to assess prototypes, websites, applications, and physical devices.
• Assisting in presenting research findings to both clients and internal teams in a compelling manner, highlighting the significance of user-centered insights.

The candidate

What are they looking for:

• You have proven experience in UX research, preferably in an agency or consultancy setting.
• You have excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
• You are someone who can work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple projects and deadlines.
• You have strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• You must be able to commute to their office based in Covent Garden 3- 4 Days a week
