Moreover, the market and consumers expect more and more from their digital products everyday with no sign of slowing down. As such, digital teams, especially development, have had to adopt the ‘Agile’ way of thinking to keep up with this increasing demand. Slowly, even the designers adapted to this faster approach, creating features and iterations in 2-week design sprints. However, creating Prototypes and Wireframes in 2 weeks is naturally easier than trying to understand a User’s behaviour and psyche in 2 weeks. As such, there’s been a huge shift in how we plan and conduct user research and gather user feedback. Despite this, there has yet to be any adequate training or knowledge transfer to up-and-coming User Researchers keen to learn how to add value in these types of environments.
During this workshop, Catherine Fox will help you to adapt to these types of environments and give you the knowledge and processes to truly thrive!
