We are working with an Ed-Tech company who are embarking on a digital transformation which you could be at the heart of.

The client

Our client has over 40 years’ experience in proving the nation & international students some of the best graduate & post graduate courses across Law, Business, Technology & Healthcare.

As well as working with students they partner with some of the most influential law firm and company’s out there to help educate their staff.

They are about to embark on a huge digital transformation and are looking for designer who are going to be able to shape the future of the company.

The role

As the company is growing rapidly, attracting more students, and expanding into different markets it needs to drive the transformation of its platforms, digital products, and experience forward in order to help them scale and meet the growth of the business for the future.

You will report to the Head of Service Design and work across a variety of Product Squads in order to help transform the organisation to become more customer centered and design and data informed.

As you’ll be one of the 1st hires, you’ll have the opportunity to really own the role and to design products that are going to exceed their users’ expectations.

Some Key responsibilities:

Help integrate product experience principles in all digital products ensuring clarity, coherence and consistency of the user experience across the board.
Help squads integrate user insights, alongside marketing analytics, SEO and commercial data, to improve robustness of recommendations.
Help ensure testing approaches are seamlessly integrated into the Product Squad’s design and development lifecycles, and that qual and quantitative data is utilised to drive demonstrable improvements.
Ensure that product Squad activities always have the customer at their heart – so that we continue to solve meaningful problems across end-to-end user journeys.
Promote an iterative, evidence-based approach to design – ensuring all design output follows best practice, including user journeys, storyboards, wireframes, personas, UX prototypes, sitemaps and user stories.

The candidate

You’ll need to be an experience UX or Service Designer with a passion for designing services and products that are going to impact people’s lives.

Some essential skills:

Proven application of user-centered design approaches to address complex UX and service design problems.
Experience in agile product delivery and rapid prototyping, with an understanding of how quantitative and qualitative data can drive improvements and provide the rationale behind product design direction.
Solid foundation in the use and collation of data from user feedback, analytics, usability, and survey tools.
Expertise in using Product Design & UX specific tools.
Experience implementing accessibility standards into design process.

WFH Policy – 3 days a week in London Office (maybe some flex)
