Senior UX Designer required to join design led technology & communication company.

The client

We are working with a leading technology company that is redefining how highly regulated industries communicate. Their platform enables seamless, secure communication across calls, texts, instant messaging, and popular consumer apps — while meeting the highest standards for compliance, security, and data control. With mobile-friendly tools, cutting-edge archiving, and encryption at the core, they are empowering organizations to work flexibly and securely at a global scale.

The role

Design intuitive, user-first experiences across mobile and web platforms
Create wireframes, prototypes, and journey maps to bring ideas to life
Run user research and usability testing to validate and sharpen your designs
Champion accessibility, simplicity, and scalability across all products
Collaborate closely with UI designers, Product Managers, and Developers
Help grow and evolve our design system with fresh, user-driven thinking

The candidate

Strong experience designing complex digital products (with a portfolio to prove it)
Confident in running research, gathering insights, and translating them into designs
Expert with tools like Figma, Sketch, or similar
Passion for designing clean, accessible, mobile-friendly experiences
A proactive mindset — you spot opportunities and make things better
Bonus if you have experience in regulated industries (finance, legal, healthcare)
