The client;
A government division hiring multiple User Researchers to join an array of projects from re imagining traditional services to launching new payment systems to allow users to make payments faster.
The role;
You’ll initially help to frame the user needs to defined groups and then build out case studies that would then lead into developing the strategy. There will be much more work coming in once you start as well.
The candidate;
Types of candidates:
– Strong on Quantitative research (some Qual)
– Ideally previous experience conducting User Research in Government environment but not essential.
– HCI or Psychology background useful but not essential.
This role is Inside IR35 paying up to £550 a day.
