Senior User Researcher

The role

You’d be the team’s first dedicated User Researcher here – currently the Head of Product Design, and the product designers do research but they need someone to come in who can really carry out research in a more meaningful and useful way.

You’ll be responsible for running strategic research projects, working hands-on across all of the products and teams – you can really come in and make an impact here!

The candidate

What are they looking for?

• You have demonstrable experience in both qual and quant research methods
• You’re comfortable with both strategic and tactical research
• You’re a strong communicator and you’re confident liaising with stakeholders of all levels
• You’re passionate about inclusivity and accessibility
• You’re excited by the prospect of driving excellence throughout this brand’s practise through incorporating new tools and techniques
• You’ve got previous experience in a similar role where you’ve come in and really driven a research function

And what can you expect from them?

• A base salary of up to £70,000
• The option to work abroad for up to 120 days a year
