We’re working with a leading educational provider, and they’re looking for a Senior Content Designer to join them!
The client
This brand have been around for 40 years, and they’re constantly striving to ensure that the education they deliver is relevant, innovative and as real-world as possible, as they help develop careers at every stage.
They’re super collaborative, they value design and they’ve recently moved all their digital services in house to drive their digital transformation.
The role
In this role you’ll be reporting to the Head of Service Design, and you’ll work closely with the product squads to create compelling content that engages their users.
Essentially you’ll be helping the brand to transform in a way that helps them become more customer centred, design and data informed and to build products that help meet their users’ needs
Your role will involve, but not be limited to:
- Helping to integrate product experience principles in all digital products
- Creating user-centric content that aligns with their brand voice
- Ensuring that learning content is optimised and relevant for student success
- Writing and editing copy for all the user interfaces
- Conducting user research and testing to understand user needs
- Developing and maintaining the style guide
The candidate
Who are you?
- You’ve got previous experience as a senior Content Designer, with extensive experience of creating clear and engaging content, showing evidence of increased user engagement
- You’ve previously created content across multiple channels, and can produce short and long copy where necessary
- You’re able to use data and insights to drive content change
- You’ve got strong attention to detail, with a passion for creating content that enhances user experience
- You’re well versed in collaborating with Product and UX Designers, as well as SEO executives
- You’ve got experience of producing a content strategy and governance model
💸 Salary: £60,000 – £70,000 + 10% bonus
🏡WFH Policy: 2-3 days/week in London office (some flex)
