The role

As CRM Manager, you’ll take ownership of customer communications across email, push notifications, and in-app messaging to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. You’ll work closely with the Growth Lead, content team, and other departments to implement and optimise CRM strategies that resonate with diverse audiences.

There’s tons of exciting stuff to get stuck into, from auditing and improving customer journeys to deploying lead gen strategies to collect and enrich customer data!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and improve customer communications throughout the lifecycle (a particular focus on retention and acquisition), ensuring a seamless experience from onboarding to retention.
  • Develop and implement CRM strategies that align with business goals and customer needs.
  • Segment audiences based on data to deliver tailored, personalised content and campaigns.
  • Lead A/B testing and multivariate experiments to improve communication strategies and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with content teams to create dynamic and visually compelling content that resonates with users.
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis to track the performance of campaigns and identify areas for optimisation.

The candidate

What experience do I need?

  • Experience in CRM and lifecycle marketing, with proven results in increasing customer engagement and retention.
  • Strong skills in HTML for email marketing and SQL for data analysis.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Iterable, Braze). If you have experience with platform migrations, that’d be a huge plus
  • A growth hacking mindset, with a passion for experimentation and data-driven decision-making. They want someone who knows what to do and why!
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail, with the ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple projects in a fast-moving environment.
  • Experience working in app-based products or subscriptions is highly desirable. Even better if it’s in a similar space!
