This is a hands-on role focused on performance marketing — driving improvements across paid media channels through testing, optimisation and data-led decision making. You’ll take ownership of campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Meta, with a strong focus on delivering measurable results.
The Company
We’re partnered with a leading global media and digital publishing organisation with a large and highly engaged digital audience. Their platforms span content, subscription and commerce experiences, with a strong focus on driving growth through digital channels. They are continuing to invest in performance marketing, with a focus on improving efficiency, scaling campaigns and optimising user acquisition.
The Role
This is a 2-month contract for a Digital Marketing Manager to support performance marketing across key digital channels. You’ll take ownership of auditing, planning and optimising campaigns, working across platforms such as Google Ads and Meta. The role is focused on improving performance through structured testing, audience targeting and ongoing optimisation. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders, using data and insights to guide decisions and continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
What you’ll be doing
Auditing and optimising paid media performance across key channels
Planning, launching and managing campaigns across Google Ads and Meta
Managing budgets, audience targeting and creative testing
Driving performance against KPIs such as CPA, CTR and conversion rate
Running A/B testing across creatives, audiences and landing pages
Turning performance data into clear, actionable insights
Collaborating with stakeholders across marketing and product teams

Strong hands-on experience across paid media and performance marketing
Proven track record of improving and scaling campaign performance
Confident working with analytics tools and performance data
Experience running structured A/B testing across campaigns
Ability to prioritise and deliver in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable working with CRM, CMS and marketing tools
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

As part of a small and growing UXR team, you will have the opportunity to learn and help shape the future direction of the business. You will get involved in new business activity,
The role will consist of:
• You setting up research, discussion guides, recruitment, analysis
• Being involved with rapid research that lasts 3-4 weeks and involves interviews with developers and then reporting back
• You will have the opportunity to work on other ad hoc projects on other accounts too
• This a very qual-focused role
You will have solid experience in delivering B2B UXR projects end-to-end, good organisational skills, and a high level of confidence across project management, client management qualitative interviewing, analysis, and reporting.
