We’re working with a fast-growing digital platform looking for an experienced Product Manager to take ownership of their customer acquisition journey.

This role will focus on understanding how users discover, evaluate and engage with digital products, owning the journey from initial interest through to signup and activation. You’ll identify opportunities to improve conversion, remove friction and create more seamless customer experiences.

Working closely with Product, Engineering, Design, Data and Marketing teams, you’ll use customer insight, analytics and experimentation to drive measurable growth.

You’ll be responsible for:

Owning and optimising digital acquisition journeys across web and app
Improving signup, onboarding and activation flows
Using data, customer insights and experimentation to identify opportunities
Running A/B tests and measuring impact on key conversion metrics
Collaborating closely with marketing teams to improve the end-to-end customer journey
Prioritising initiatives that drive customer and commercial outcomes

We’re looking for someone with experience in:

Product management within a consumer digital environment
Acquisition, growth, conversion optimisation or onboarding journeys
Experimentation, analytics and data-led decision making
Working closely with marketing, design and engineering teams
Taking ownership of customer and commercial metrics

Experience within fintech, subscriptions, marketplaces or other high-consideration digital products would be highly relevant.

The Role

This is a 3-month contract for a Senior Digital Marketing Lead to drive performance and provide direction across digital marketing channels. You’ll take ownership of paid media strategy and execution across platforms such as Google Ads and Meta, while also overseeing CRM, email strategy and customer segmentation.

Alongside hands-on delivery, you’ll lead and coach a team, bringing structure and clarity to how campaigns are planned and executed. The role is focused on improving performance, aligning activity to revenue goals, and ensuring a strong, consistent brand presence across channels.

You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders, using data and insights to guide decisions and identify opportunities to optimise and scale activity.

The client

The Client is an innovative CMS system known for delivering content to digital devices and products. They work with world-renowned brands like Sonos, Loom, Figma, Nike, Spotify, Stack Overflow, and more to re-use content across any channel and to connect to any third-party technology.

The role

They’re looking for a Staff Product Designer to join and lead their developer experience team. You’ll come in and tackle some of the most challenging problems, and make an impact across the company’s product and organisation.

As a Product Designer here, you will engage in regular design reviews, hone your craft, learn and share skills, and help raise the bar for design across the organisation. You will also support and evolve the client’s design system.

Here’s what your day-to-day will involve:

  • Co-owning the design system to continually improve the UX quality of the client’s product
  • Helping manage the team along with your engineering and product manager peers
  • Creating compelling research deliverables that engage and influence a variety of audiences
  • Working on cross-team initiatives that have a broad impact on the product
  • Being accountable for your growth as an individual practitioner and growing the research capabilities of our product teams
  • Developing insights through tactical research with enterprise customers, and stakeholders
  • Offering mentorship to designers, and raising design literacy across the org

The candidate

About you:

  • You have a sufficient understanding of web development concepts to be comfortable defining how code should translate to UI
  • You are excited by the opportunity to create win-win solutions for developers and editors
  • You are able to think big but start small, and move fast
  • You are experienced in discovery tools and methods, especially facilitation, and tactical research
  • Have experience taking complex problems and solving them in innovative ways, embracing a curious and flexible mindset, Iterative thinking, and ‘learning by doing’
