They’re shifting to an increased focus on users and focusing on outcomes for their users, residents, and staff – they’re working together to adapt to the changing needs of the community.

As a Senior Product Manager, you’ll be at the heart of a team whose aim is to create an impactful change and improve outcomes for residents, businesses, visitors, and staff. You’ll have a key part in creating a product vision, strategy, and roadmap that will aid them in its digital transformation.
You’ll report to the Lead Product Manager as well as line manage other Product Managers and an Apprentice – this is a chance to foster a user-centred and product approach within the team and drive a change in the culture of the organisation.
You’ll need to be able to think all things product and know how to apply it;
