We are working with a Higher Education looking to bring a Senior Service Designer to their growing team
Our client, a Higher Education brand is experiencing exciting growth and expansion! Every year, they attract thousands of new students and venture into new markets and verticals worldwide.
To support this growth, the Product & Technology team is working hard to transform their platforms, digital products, and experiences. Their goal is to ensure the client’s education can scale effectively and meet the increasing demands of the business in the years to come.
They are looking for a Senior Service Designer who will work across their Product Squads to deliver experiences that delight and engage learners during their time studying with the client and beyond, throughout their working lives.
As a Senior Service Designer, you’ll report to the Head of Service Design and work with various Product Squads. You’ll be an integral part of the client’s Product & Technology team, collaborating closely with Engineering, Product Management, and Data functions.
The mission is to transform Education into a user-centered and data-informed experience. By understanding their users’ needs, you’ll help design and build products that not only meet but exceed their expectations.
