Great opportunity for anyone at mid-senior or senior level, ready for their next step-up within a UX-mature environment.

The client

There are many agencies and consultancies out there who might talk a good game when it comes to UX but in reality, their projects are hard and fast without the depth of UX process that might have been promised. In this case however, the consultancy is built upon user experience design, working with global companies with a focus on their customers to transform their services for the better.

This is a great opportunity for anyone at mid-senior or senior level, ready for their next step-up. You’d have the luxury of project variety combined still with thorough project processes and a good work-life balance.

This consultancy also offers some great benefits such as, a yearly training budget, working from home budget, BUPA healthcare and life insurance, to name a few.

This consultancy has a remote first policy with offices in both London or Bristol. So although there are no set days for you to visit those offices, they would at least need to know you could get to one of them with ease at short notice.

Sorry, sponsorship is not being offered at this time.

  • Create prototypes at varying levels of fidelity, from basic click-throughs to rich, interactive prototypes
  • Lead workshops with clients and users
  • Present research findings, designs and their rationale to senior stakeholders

The candidate

You’ll need:

  • Solid experience in UX design. In-house or agency backgrounds are both welcome
  • Expert-level knowledge and practical experience of user centred design practices.
  • Experience working in a ‘lean’ way, and familiarity with agile methodologies
