Product Designer

End to end Product Designer required to enhance unique HR product.

The role

My client is seeking an experienced Product Designer to take over as the sole designer within their small but dynamic team. You’ll work closely with their product manager and engineers to deliver exceptional design, focusing on user research, UX, and data visualization for their platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end product design, from research and UX to creating visual elements.
• Collaborate closely with engineers to create interactive prototypes in Figma.
• Design and visualize complex data, making it accessible and engaging for users.
• Participate in strategic discussions to shape the product roadmap over the next 6-12 months.

The candidate

Candidate Requirements:

• Location: Must be based in London and able to commute to the office twice a week (Wednesdays and Thursdays).
• Experience: Prior startup experience is essential; must understand the pace and flexibility required in a startup environment.
• Design Expertise: Proficient in Figma, with experience working in product-centric companies.
• Passion for HR Data: Show a genuine interest in transforming HR processes and making a positive impact in the industry.
• Cultural Fit: My client places a strong emphasis on culture. You’ll receive a video from the CEO explaining their company values.

Interview Process:

1. Technical Interview
2. Technical Challenge: A practical design task to demonstrate your skills.
3. Cultural Interview: An informal chat with some of the team.
4. Creative Presentation: A 15-minute presentation on an assigned topic to showcase your creativity.
