Are you a Senior Delivery Manager who wants to make your mark on a well-established UK University?

The client

This is an opportunity to be part of their Delivery Management Office along with portfolio managers and change specialists to work on their intranet platform.

The role

What will I be doing? They’re undertaking a major redesign and re-platforming program for their digital presence; including the external website and a new intranet. You’ll be collaborating with their web and intranet platform teams to stablise their new Drupel 7 platform (including a migration to the cloud and establishing new relationships with external partners). They’re also looking to introduce Drupel 10 and identify new opportunities for their future intranet platform – there’s lots of exciting work to get stuck into!

The candidate

What experience will I need? You’ll need proven experience managing digital products and services through the full delivery life cycle as a delivery manager and/or scrum master, whilst working as part of a cross-functional in-house team. You’ll need experience with agile working in a digital setting as well as being comfortable to help people adapt to this way of working – with a focus on delivery. Facilitating and building relationships at all levels within a company as well as with external suppliers is an essential experience here. Most importantly, being an excellent communicator is critical to ensure the wider team has clarity on the project as well as being focused on delivery. What are they offering? They’re offering a salary of up to £57,723 which will rise to £59,421 from August 2023. You’ll also get 41 days of holiday and a generous pension. This is a hybrid role so you’ll need to be happy to commute to Cambridge as and when needed. The interview process is 2 stages, firstly a task-based interview followed by a general Q+A session with a panel.
