The NHS Workforce Alliance is the portfolio of health workforce services delivered by CCS and NHS Procurement in Partnership (NHS PiP) for the benefit of customers and suppliers. The framework is primarily focused on the provision of non-clinical temporary and fixed term staff to NHS contracting authorities; however, the framework is accessible to all UK Public Sector Bodies such as Central Government, Local Government, Universities, Charities and Blue Light Services.
Nick Cochrane, Founder of Zebra People, comments: “We are delighted to have been named as a supplier on the Non-Clinical Framework. “Working on government frameworks since 2015, last year we placed over 700 contractors into a range of digital roles, including Engineering, UX, Design/Research, Data Analyst and Product Management. Following our swift and fully compliant onboarding process, we have supported departments from DWP, Home Office, MOJ, HMRC, Defra, DFE and the NHS, sourcing skilled individuals and Agile teams.
“We are excited and honoured to have been named on this framework, which supports the NHS with an open, fair, transparent and cost-effective route when hiring non-clinical staff. This appointment is a perfect opportunity for our expert consultants to work with the Alliance to deliver the quality of candidates required for their specialist roles. We are looking forward to it!”
