• We minimise waste by using electronic documents and limiting paper usage.
• We establish recycling programs in our offices and educate employees about proper waste disposal – including the disposal/recycling of redundant laptops and cables.
• We purchase eco-friendly office supplies and promote the use of reusable items, for example we purchase refurbished laptops and mobile phones for our employees, to reduce electronic waste, toxins and demand of natural resources.

Sustainable transportation

• We encourage our employees to use public transport, carpool, or bicycle to work, client meetings and our other offices.
• We support working from home and flexible work arrangements when feasible.

 Sustainable sourcing

• We will favour products and services that are environmentally certified or have a low environmental impact and favour working with certified BCorp businesses.
